摘要
分析了目前公共厨房操作间通风设计方式普遍存在的问题 ,提出了采用局部送风空调器的解决方案 ,并介绍了该空调器的设计原理。
This paper analyzes common problems in design of ventilation for large kitchens in public building and puts forward solving scheme of using spot cooling air-condition. It also introduces the air-condition's design elements.
