摘要
中小企业在我国经济中扮演着重要的角色 ,作为最活跃的经济细胞 ,对解决社会就业、增强社会稳定、提高GDP等方面都起着举足轻重的作用。但广大中小企业的人力资源管理并不容乐观。通过探寻企业内部环境以及社会环境中所存在的不利于中小企业人力资源管理的问题 ,以及这些问题所产生的不良影响 ,从而提出解决中小企业人力资源管理的具体对策与建议。
Small and medium-sized enterprises are playing an important role in our country's economy. As the most active economic cell, they hold the balance in solving social employment, strengthening social stability and raising GDP etc. But the human resources management of them is not optimist. This article, through seeking the question which is unfavorable to human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprises existing in the social environment and environment inside enterprises, and the harmful effects that these questions produce, thus put forward concrete countermeasure and suggestion of solving human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
