摘要
2003年调查了不同香菇迟熟品种(241-4,135)、不同海拔高度、不同培养条件及不同越夏场所与热害烂筒的关系。测试了6个生产上常用品种(菌株)菌丝的抗高温能力。结果表明,2个迟熟品种中,241-4抗热害烂筒能力较好,烂简率为12.3%,135抗热害能力较差,烂筒率为35.0%;海拔高于800m地区的香菇烂筒率显著低于低海拔地区;培养场所通风散热条件差,热害烂筒率高,通风散热条件好,烂筒率低。菌丝抗高温能力测试结果表明,菌丝的抗高温能力以135最强,但其完成发菌的菌筒抗高温能力急剧下降,其机理有待进一步研究。
The relations of the rotten bag rate caused by heat injury with diflerent late matured Lentinula edodes strains(241-1, 135), different elevation area, differeut culture conditions and different summering conditions were analysed in 2003, and the resistant ability of six commercial strain mycelia to high temperature was also tested. The experiment results indicated that strain 241-4 showed lower rotten bag rate of 12. 3% caused by heat injury, while the strain 135 was 35.0% . And the rotten bag rate at the area with an elevation of more than 800m was significantly lower than that at low elevation area. At the same time, lower rotten bag rate was found in those summering places with better ventilation and heat dissipation conditions. The resistance ability of the growing mycelia of strain 135 to high temperature was the best among 6 strains tested, but the resistance ability of the mycelia of strain 135 to high temperature reduced sharply after spawn-run in bags. And its mechanism was remained to be further investigated later.
