摘要
ECT技术是多相流检测领域中的新技术,在工业中有广阔的应用前景。基于有限元法,作者开发了ECT仿真软件,利用该软件对ECT系统进行了仿真研究。求出ECT敏感场的数值解,分析了敏感场灵敏度特性,建立了简化的图像重建模型,最后得到重建图像,获得了满意的结果。
Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) technique is a new technique for multi-phase flow measurement. The simulation software based on finite element method for electrical capacitance tomography system is developed. The numerical value of ECT sensing field is calculated, the character of the ECT sensing field is analyzed. The simplified image reconstruction model is built, and then the reconstructed image is obtained. The simulation results are promising.
