摘要
由热力学数据计算了与MgS、MgO和镁蒸汽平衡的铁水中的硫和氧的活度。当Mg和CaO同时喷入铁水时 ,镁的脱硫能力会增大。分析了使用Mg和CaO作为脱硫剂对其反应速度的动力学影响因素 ,并提出了提高脱硫效率的措施。
Activity of Sulphur and Oxygen in hot metal based on themodynamic data is calculated. It is founded that desulphurization of Magnesium will increase when Mg and CaO are injured into hot metal. Effect of desulphurizer Mg and CaO on reaction speed is analyzed and measures to improve desulphurization efficiency is put forward.
