5-羟色胺在针刺抗吗啡戒断后小鼠焦虑模型中的作用研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的 探讨5 -羟色胺(5 -HT)在针刺抗吗啡戒断后焦虑中的作用。方法 以小鼠热板法镇痛ED50 ,即吗啡2 95mg/kg为基础,按照逐日递增原则进行吗啡戒断后焦虑小鼠模型造模。针刺“三阴交”后,采用荧光法检测脑内5 -羟色胺(5 -HT)、5 -羟吲哚乙酸(5 -HIAA)含量。结果1 模型组小鼠脑组织5 -HT含量为6 47 5 0ng/g±5 4 39ng/g ,模型加电针组脑组织5 -HT含量为4 94 84ng/g±82 95ng/g ,P <0 0 1;2 模型组小鼠脑组织5 -HIAA含量为4 2 6 0 8ng/g±6 5 4 1ng/g ,模型加电针组脑组织5 -HIAA含量为316 0 8ng/g±30 6 5ng/g ,P <0 0 1。结论针刺对吗啡戒断后小鼠的抗焦虑效应可能与针刺调节焦虑模型小鼠脑内5 -HT的释放有关。 Objective To study the effect of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) on resisting- anxiety by acupuncture after withdrawal morphine. The anxiety mice was made by given morphine started from 2.95mg/kg , and increasing morphine dosage day by day , the treatment was given by needling Sp6 , measured the amount of 5-HT, 5-HIAA in mice's brain by fluorospectro-photometry. 5-HT in morphine group was 647.50 ng/g+54.39ng/g, 5-HT in morphine group treated by electric needling was 494.84+82.95 ng/g, P<0.01; 5-HIAA in morphine group was 426.08 ng/g+65.41 ng/g , and it was 316.08 ng/g+30.65 ng/g in morphine group treated by electric needling, P<0.01. [Conclusion] The needling effect of anti- anxiety applied on the morphine withdrawal mice was possibly related to the release of 5-HTby needling in brain of anxiety mice's .
