摘要
获取并响应顾客需求信息是实现以客户需求为驱动的制造业信息化管理的重要前提.论文提出一种客户需求获取与处理方法,探讨了需求获取和处理的关键技术,构建了客户需求响应的一般机理。
To collect and respond to customers' requirements is an important precondition to realize the information management of manufacturing industry. In this paper, a method of customers requirements acquisition and processing is proposed and a mechanism of customers' requirements response is constructed.
