摘要
目的 探讨中药消瘿颗粒对实验性甲状腺功能亢进大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 用饲服甲状腺素的方法造成大鼠甲状腺功能亢进模型后 ,经他巴唑、甲亢灵、消瘿颗粒治疗后 ,观察血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (T3 )、甲状腺素 (T4)水平及免疫功能的变化。结果 消瘿颗粒能够降低实验大鼠血清T3 、T4水平 ;调节T细胞亚群的紊乱 ;提高血清IgG含量。结论 消瘿颗粒具有免疫调节功能 ,这一功能可能是其有效治疗甲状腺机能亢进症的作用靶点之一。
Object To study the effects of the Xiaoying Granules on the immunity functions in wistar rats with hyperthyroidism. Methods The rats model with hyperthyroidism were made by thyroid tablet for 7 days. The rats with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into tapazole groups, which were treated by tapazole, Jiakangling groups, which were treated by Jiakangling and Xiaoying Granules groups,which were treated by Xiaoying Granules for 4 weeks. The content of the serum triiodothyronine (T 3) and thyroxin (T 4),were determined to evaluate the change of the immunity functions in rats with hyperthyroidism. Results XiaoyingGranules decreased the serum T3 and T4, and increased the serum IgG and regulated the function of cellular immunity in rats with hyperthyroidism. Conclusion XiaoyingGranules improved the immunity functions in rats with hyperthyroidism.
