摘要
小煤矿必须采用能够形成负压通风的壁式采煤方法, 是国务院安全生产委员会的规定。在总结陕北煤田小煤矿开采浅部煤层经验的基础上, 建议将落后的房柱式改革为长壁留煤柱支撑法开采, 以较大幅度提高采出率。长壁留煤柱支撑法开采的关键技术是区分两类不同性质的煤柱, 即区内煤柱和区域间的隔离煤柱。区内煤柱是指在小区域开采期间暂时保留在区内的煤柱, 其作用仅仅是保障在区内开采时的顶板安全, 而在小区域开采结束后能够适时垮落。为了防止顶板事故, 需要进行有效监测, 提出了监测方法的技术基础。
the small colliery must adopt longwall mining that can form suction ventilation, which is a regulation of Security Production Committee of the State Council of the People's Republic of China. This article tries to summarize experiences of the small collieries in mining shallow coal seam in north of Shanxi Province, and suggests to reform unadvanced mining of room and pillar to longwall remaining coal pillars support mining which can largely inprove the coal recovery rate. The key technology of longwall remaining coal pillars support mining is to distinguish two kinds of coal pillars of different character between regional coal pillar and isolated coal pillar. Regional coal pillar is temporary coal pillar in mining the small district, and its function is only to ensure the safety of the roof when mining the small area, but it can collapse in proper time after mining the small area. In order to prevent the roof collapses accident, it needs to be monitored, and this article has put forward the technological foundation of monitoring the roof.
