摘要
为降低新产品的开发成本,缩短试制周期,通过需求分析、数据库设计和实现,提出了快速刀具查询和数据库管理系统,从而使刀具适应了数控机床高速、高效和自动化程度高的特点,提高了刀具利用率以及数控加工的灵活性与效率。
In order to reduce the development cost of new products we propose a querying and management system for cutting tools through the analysis of requirement, database design and realization. So the cutting tools can adapts to the NC tool's characteristics of high speed, efficiency and automation. Then the agility and efficiency of NC process is improved.
