摘要
建立了以RP-HPLC法同时测定甘草中的甘草酸和甘草次酸的方法.采用ODS色谱柱,甲醇-乙酸(ψ=3.6%)水溶液为流动相(梯度洗脱),流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为254nm,柱温为室温.测得甘草酸的线性范围为0.20~1.00g/L,平均回收率为91.2%,RSD=1.28%;甘草次酸的线性范围为0.002 2~0.0110g/L,平均回收率为97.5%,RSD=2.20%.该实验为甘草综合品质的评价提供了一种新方法.
Glycyrrhizic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid in Glycyrrhiza uralensis were determined by RP-HPLC. ODS column was used, methanol-3.6% acetic acid solution was used as the mobile phase (gradient elution).The flow rate was 0.8mL/min. The detection wavelength was 254nm. The column temperature was room temperature. The linear range of glycyrrhizic acid was 0.20—1.00g/L,the average recovery was 91.2 % and RSD=1.28%. The linear range of glycyrrhetinic acid was 0.0022—0.0110g/L,the average recovery was 97.5% and RSD=2.20%. The research results have provided a new method for the quality evaluation of the Glycyrrhiza uralensis.
