摘要
本文从实验上研究了一系列复合推进剂在燃烧室内点火所产生的燃气对激光、红外、可见光及微波等信号产生的衰减;对实验结果进行了理论分析和解释,找出了复合推进剂中AP粒度、含量、级配比、Al粉粒度、含量及燃烧室压力等诸因素对衰减大小的影响规律;同时也给出了对信号衰减较小的AP粒度级配范围,为复合推进剂无烟化的研究提供了参考依据.
The effects of exhausts produced by burning solid composite propellams in combustoxs on the attenuation of laser, infrared, visible light and microwave signals are investigated experimentally. The results are also analysed and explained theoritically.It is found that.
( 1 ) The more A1 powders the propellants contain, the greater is the attenuation.
( 2 ) The attenuation goes up as the combustion pressure is increased.The attenuation of microwave signals is found least among them.
( 3 ) The attenuation is relative to AP or Al particle size distribution. With fine Al particles, the component of fine AP (<180mesh) should be less than 20% for laser, infrare light and visible light; and that of fine AP should be more than 40% for microwave.
The relations among the signal attenuations, the size distributions of combustion residue and the content percentage of Al in the combustion residue( A1/A12O3) are also discussed in this paper.
