摘要
本文详述了对涤纶纤维碱减量的作用,并分析了减量后涤纶的性能;对碱减量加工工艺的各种设备和助剂等方面进行了比较和具体的评述;对今后工作,作者认为要开发以涤纶仿真丝绸为重点的碱减量加工产品;要研究有关工艺和设备,使碱减量技术得以配套。文中还介绍了国外在碱减量加工的最新发展。
A review is made on the function of caustic deweighting of polyester fibre and its property changes after deweighting . A variety of machinery and auxiliaries are compared in the design of caustic deweighting process. With a description of the latest developments in the deweighting technology overseas, the author pointed out that silk-like fabric will be the main exploitative orientation in future work.
