丝光牛仔布是在传统牛仔布的基础上,采用纱线表面丝光工艺,而获得表层色浓,内层洁白,对比鲜明的高质量环染效果,其色泽鲜艳度、深度较常规牛仔布要好得多。文章介绍了丝光牛仔布用纱、丝光、染色、上浆的理论与生产实践及其注意事项、成本核算等。
Based on conventional ones ,the mercerized jeans are produced with surface-mercerized yarn. This will help to gain a bright ring dyeing effect with a white core and a deeply dyed sheath. The contributing point to the production of mercerized jeans are theoretically and practically presented, including yarn type, mercerization, dyeing and sizing.
