摘要
本研究对内螺纹铜管尺寸优化及铝箔厚度减薄前后的空调换热器进行了单体性能实验和整机性能实验对比。实验结果表明.优化后的内螺纹铜管、铝箔完全能够满足空调器性能要求,为节约空调换热器材料提供了重要依据。
The performance experiments on separated heat exchangers and integrated air conditioners before and after optimizing the inner grooved copper tube and reducing the thickness of aluminum foil are made.The results made it clear that the optimized materials can meet the needs of air conditioners completely,thus providing a important basis for economizing on the materials of heat exchangers of the air conditioners.
