摘要 调适性职业生涯自我管理行为的本质是个体为获得对自己职业发展结果的控制感而采取的反应性行为。本文从个体心理动机、行为和过程等方面分析个体的调适性职业生涯自我管理 ,指出为了避免调适行为的负面影响 ,组织应该重视个体的职业发展需要和组织所提供的职业生涯管理之间的匹配问题。
