摘要
采用苛化法对乙烯裂解废碱液进行处理,Na2CO3的苛化转化率在80%以上(平衡反应液的苛化率在90%以上);废碱液的反复再生和利用对碱液的吸收性能没有显著影响,再生碱液可以满足吸收裂解气中CO2等酸性气的要求。该工艺不但解决了乙烯废碱液的环境污染问题,而且经济效益显著,具有广泛的推广和应用价值。
Causticization was adopted to regenerate spent caustic from ethylene plant, wherein the conversion rate of sodium carbonate was over 80 % and the causticization rate of the equilibrium solution was over 90 %. The spent caustic, which had little change on its absorption efficiency after repeated regeneration and reuse, could meet the demand for absorbing sour gas (carbon dioxide etc.) in cracking gas.
