摘要
本文报告利用二硫基丙醇(BAL)在HCI(lmol/L)中能与砷(Ⅲ)形成衍生物原理,经甲苯萃取后,用气相色谱法测定生物样品中的痕量砷。应用此法分别与用巯基棉(SCF)分离和不经分离直接测定桃叶标准样品(82301)中的痕量砷。结果表明,两种方法的测定值均与正书值相符,但本法简单易行,最小检出限为0.0lng。用本文方法测定了鄂西茶叶中的痕量砷,回收率在96%~123%之间.

(2.3-dimercaptopropanol)forming a As-Bal derivative which could be deter-mined
gas-chromatographically without the separation procedure with SCF(sulfhydryl cotton
fiber),Using this method,the amount of arsenic in st-andard reference sample(peach
leaf)determined with or without SCF se-paration was in good agreement with the certificated
value It showed that there was no interference after As-BAL derivative formation 。The result of
trace arsenic in green tea determined by this method with-out SCF separation was
satisfactory,The minimum detectable value was 0.133pmol(0.0lng),and the recovery was
