摘要
在教学中运用归因理论 ,从学生自我掌握技能的成败因素以及该理论对教师要求两方面 ,论述了这两者相互独立、相互交织的关系 ,同时强调师生均要善于自我归因 。
The paper probed the relations between the factors of success and failure during the students grasping skill by their self and their demand for teachers. It is emphasized that both teachers and students must be good at doing attribution to raise teaching quality and self quality further.
