摘要
21世纪企业竞争环境将更加复杂 ,企业战略与结构需要针对瞬息万变的环境不断进行调整。本文分析了结构与文化因素在企业重组中的关键作用 。
As situations become more complex for business competition with the approaching of the twenty first century, enterprises are forced to adjust their strategies in order to survive the changing environment. This paper discusses the important influence of organizational structure and culture in reshuffle of enterprises, and points out the new characters that organizational structure and culture are to possess in the new situation.
