摘要
本文根据对我省十余所高等院校外语师资队伍的问卷调查,对近年来我省高校外语师资队伍现状及流失原因进行了分析,认为收入偏低、工作负荷重、业务进修机会少、晋升职称难等是导致高校外语师资流失的主要因素,它直接影响到外语教学质量的提高和教师队伍的稳定。根据上述分析,本文提出了稳定外语教师队伍,促进河南高校外语教育事业发展的思路:改革人事管理体制,快中青年教师业务培养,改善其工作、生活条件。
In the light of a questionaire to 17 colleges and universities in Henan Province on the brain drain of college foreign language teachers,this article makes a careful analysis of the causes of the brain drain which were attributed to low income,heavy workload,few opportunities for further professional studies and extreme hardness in gaining promotion of academic titles.Accordingly,some suggestions were offered in this article for the solution of the problem of the brain drain and the development of foreign language education in Henan colleges and universities.
