摘要
随着公共财政基本框架下的预算改革的展开 ,确定水上通信事业单位公益性业务支出预算定额标准势在必行。文章以长江通信导航局为对象 ,研究水上通信事业单位公益性业务及其支出特点、公益性业务支出预算定额标准制定原则。
With the outspread of budget reform under the basic framework of public finance,it is necessary and urgent to establish the budget ration criterion of the traffic enterprise. The general situation, the function and the technology of Changjiang communication navigation bureau are introduced in this paper.Finally,the paper discusses the expenditure characteristics,the existing problems and the main lodestar about establishing the budget ration criterion of Changjiang communication navigation bureau.
