摘要
培养创新人才是高等学校的主要目标.当前,高校在进行创新人才培养的尝试和摸索过程中取得了较好的成效和有益的经验,但也存在着一些的问题.一些高校在创新人才的内涵、创新人才的培养方式、创新人才培养的教学过程中及创新人才培养的形式上出现一些误区.分析这些误区,能使我们对创新人才培养有一个正确的认识,以更好地培养创新人才.
The cultivation of innovative talents has already become the common topic of institution of higher education , which has made a lot of effects and beneficial experiences while the university carries on the try of innovative personnel training. But there still have some problems, which shown as some realizes mistaken idea in understanding the innovative talents'intension, in the way of innovative talents'cultivation, and in the teaching course of innovative personnel training. These mistaken ideas have made a series of symptoms and negative effects, which are unfavorable to the cultivation of innovative talents.
