摘要
引黄灌区用水水平评价是一个多层次多指标的系统整体分析评价问题,在分析已有综合评价方法的基础上,提出了基于属性识别理论的灌区用水水平评价方法,并以黄河下游引黄灌区为例,将属性识别理论应用于黄河下游典型灌区用水水平评价,建立了黄河下游引黄灌区用水水平评价的属性识别模型。结果表明,该方法用于灌区用水水平综合评价是合理、可行的,同时该方法简单、易懂。
Water utilization level evaluation in Yellow river water diversion irrigated areas is a multi-hierarchy and multi-index question. On the basis of analyzing the existed evaluation methods, the method based on attribute recognition theory to evaluate water utilization level in Yellow river water diversion irrigated areas is put forward and the attribute recognition model to evaluate water utilization level in Yellow river water diversion irrigated areas is established. A case shows that it is rational and feasible to evaluate water utilization level in Yellow river water diversion irrigated areas by using this method, and at the same time this method is simple and can be understood easily.
