摘要
以日本落叶松为原料,分别研究了用碱量、亚硫化度、AQ用量、保温时间、最高蒸煮温度对AS-AQ法制浆的影响,并对不同树龄之间的制浆差别进行了比较。结果发现,AS-AQ法最佳蒸煮工艺参数为:用碱量32% (以NaOH计)、亚硫化度0. 7、最高温度175℃,保温时间6h,AQ用量0. 15%,液比1∶4。在此条件下蒸煮可制得日本落叶松AS-AQ浆的卡伯值35左右,粗浆得率保持在47%以上。随着树龄的增大,日本落叶松的AS-AQ法制浆性能下降,而废液中的残余亚钠含量增加,蒸煮难度增加。树龄较小的12年生日本落叶松纸浆的物理性能要好于其他2个树龄的, 12年生的抗张指数、耐折度和伸长率都大于其他2个树龄的纸浆,而撕裂指数低于15年生树龄的纸浆。
The effects of alkali charge, ration of sulfite, AQ charge, heat preservation ti me and the max temperature on AS-AQ pulping were studied by using L. kaempferi as raw material. The result showed that the optimal technical conditions of A S-AQ pulping were as follows: alkali charge (to NaoH) 32%, ration of sulfite 0.7 , the max temperature 175℃, time at max temperature 6h, AQ charge 0.15%, an d liquor ratio 1:4. Under this pulping condition, pulp with about 35 Kappa numbe r and about 47% yield could be obtained. With the growing of L. kaempferi tree s, the trees became harder to cooking, and alkali consumption and Kappa number of pulp increased. The physical performances of the pulp of 12-years old L. k aempferi are better than those of the other two trees with different ages.
