摘要
提高高校体育教师素质是素质教育在体育教学中能否成功实践的关键。通过查阅资料、调查访问等方法得出提高体育教师素质的措施与途径有转变教育思想观、加强科研能力。
The key to implement quality education successfully in physical education is that to improve the college physical teachers' quality. Through the ways of consulting materials, investigating, and visiting, we come to a conclusion that the approaches of improving the college physical education teachers' quality should focus on changing the concept of education, strengthening the ability of science and technology, enhancing the eductional level, cultivating the students as planned, etc.
