摘要
从过程集成角度提出了面向网络化制造的ERP系统的组成原理和具有开放性、动态性及分布式群组规划特征的系统总体结构,确定了系统符合动态联盟企业分布、自治、协同特点的控制模式,包括分散系统控制模式和驱动式过程控制模式.在此基础上,进一步给出了系统的逻辑体系结构,对其中涉及的过程集成建模方法、过程性能分析方法、构件技术、工作流技术等关键技术进行了论述.最后以一个运行实例说明了原型系统的有效性.
From the integration view of the collaborative business processes in networked enterprises, a framework of distributed ERP (enterprise resource planning) system with characteristics of opening, dynamic and group decision is proposed. The control mode of such system is also put forward, which can solve the collaborative control problems of distributed system and the process driving. Based on this methodology, logic architecture of the system is set forth. Some key technology of the system are investigated, which include process modeling, simulation, component based on COBRA (common object request broker architecture), distributed workflow management, etc. Finally, a prototype system and demonstration are established for validating above theory and methods.
