摘要
为克服系统软件封闭、控制算法单一等不足 ,将过程控制装置进行了改进 ,建立了基于VisualC+ + 和Matlab平台下的开放式过程控制系统。介绍了两种开放式平台下的软件设计技术 ,并用所开发的软件在改进后的液位过程控制装置上进行了检验。控制结果表明 ,所研制的开放式系统能够满足设备实时控制要求。
In order to overcome the drawbacks of software including closure property and single algorithm, we improve the process control equipment and build an open architecture of software system using Visual C++ and Matlab. The techniques of developing the open software system based on above platform are introduced. Also, the effectiveness of these approaches is tested through the improved level control system. The control results show that the software system with open architecture can satisfy the requirement of real-time control of the experiment lab.
