摘要
内燃机车随车油耗仪分别用涡轮流量传感器和数字集成温度传感器DS18B2 0 ,测量柴油机进、回油管道的燃油流量和温度 ,并用智能流量积算仪完成流量测量的修正、耗油量的计算和存储等功能。从提高油耗仪测量精度的角度出发 ,对系统测量精度进行了分析 ,并重点介绍了提高涡轮流量传感器测量精度的措施。对智能流量积算仪的硬件、软件以及系统的抗振动和抗干扰措施进行了介绍。随车运行结果表明 ,油耗仪的测量精度达到± 1. 5 %。
The oil consumption meter in diesel locomotives measures the flow rates and the temperatures in the inlet and outlet oil pipe of the diesel engine separately by the turbine flow sensor and the digital integrated temperature sensor DS18B20. The flow rates are corrected at the smart cumulative flow counter, and the cumulative oil consumption is calculated, stored and displayed. At the point of increasing the measurement accuracy of the meter, the precision of the system is analyzed. The emphasis is put on how to improve the accuracy of the turbine flow sensor. The hardware and software of the smart cumulative flow counter and the methods for resistance the electromagnetism and the shake are introduced. Shown by the result of practical running, the accuracy of the meter reaches ±15%.
