摘要
人力资本理论自20世纪80年代传入我国以来,不断得到丰富和发展。国内学者在人力资本的内涵、对经济增长的贡献、价值计量与投资、产权与收益分配、利用现状与配置等方面取得了重要的研究成果。在此基础上,提出了个人见解。
Since 1980's, human resource theory has been developed in China. Domestic scholars make great progresses on the study of human resource's concept, mechanism, measures and investment of its value, property right and income distribution, status quo and allocation. Based on the above, some opinions are put forward with regard to domestic theoretical study of human capital.
