摘要
目的 采用高脂高胆固醇饲料诱导大鼠形成脂肪肝,进行中药复方脂肝康(ZGK)抗大鼠脂肪肝的疗效观察,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法 SD大鼠随机分为对照组,病理模型组,ZGK高、中、低剂量等5组。除对照组外,其余各组均给予高脂高胆固醇饲料,3个月后,停止高脂饮食,ZGK各剂量组ig给药,持续时间3个月。结果 ZGK能显著降低肝脏T -CH、TG、MDA的含量(P <0 .0 5 ) ,升高肝脏GSH含量(P <0 . 0 5 ) ,病理学变化可得到明显改善。结论 ZGK可有效地治疗大鼠的实验性脂肪肝。
OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of Compound Zhigankang granule and its mechanism of the treatment on fatty liver with administering high cholesterol and high fat diet. METHODS SD rats were divided into 5 groups: the normal group and model group, the three treated groups of different dose. Except the normal group, the other 4 groups of rats were administed high cholesterol and high fat diet for 3 months. After model successively produced, all rats were fed with normal diet, rats in treated groups were given different doses of Zhigankang for 3 months. RESULTS In treated groups, the level of liver T-CH, TG, MDA were clearly lower(P<0.05)than those of model group and the level of GSH in the liver was increased greatly (P<0.05). CONCLUSION The results show that Zhigankang granule have good effects on the treatment of fatty liver induced by high fat diet in rats.
