摘要
政府社会管理与社会管理既有区别又有联系。政府社会管理是在社会管理基础上发展起来的,是对社会管理运行机制的自觉干预。自觉干预的实质是政府社会管理应遵循几个基本原则。
there are differentiation and connection between social administration of the government and social administration.Social administration of the government is based on social administration,and is self-conscious to interfere in the mechanism of social administration. The essence of the interfering is that social administration of the government should follow a few and basic principles.
