金属锂盐对聚合物电导率作用的研究

RESEARCH FOR EFFECT OF P(VDF-HFP) ON THE CONDUCTIVITY OF PEO-BASED POLYMER ELECTROLYTES

摘要 选用(PEO)12LiClO4体系为基础,向该体系中加入不同含量的偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物P(VDF-HFP)。采用溶液浇注法制备不同组成的聚合物电解质,运用DSC和交流阻抗法测试电导率。实验结果表明,加入P(VDF-HFP),共混体系的晶区熔融温度降低,电导率明显增大,随P(VDF-HFP)加入量的增加,体系电导率呈现先上升再下降的变化趋势,当PEO∶P(VDF-HFP)=1∶0.5(质量比)时,电导率达到最大值δ=2.3×10-4s/cm。 P(VDF-HFP)-(PEO)12LiClO4-based polymer electrolytes films have been prepared successfully. The different composition polymer electrolytes were made by solution casting method. The factors that influence the conductivity of the polymer electrolyte was studied by means of DSC and alternating current impedance law. As the result of experiments, the addition of P(VDF-HFP)broadens obviously the conductivity and cuts down the melting temperature of mixture. With P(VDF-HFP)increase of acceding to amount, the setup conductivity presents to more upward alternation tendency that drops again earlier. When the weight ratio of PEO∶P(VDF-HFP)=1∶ 0.5, the conductivity attains the maximum value δ=2.3×10-4 s/cm.
