可中断负荷管理及其用户响应问题研究 被引量:10

摘要 可中断负荷管理可以引导用户在峰期时理性地处理负荷中断问题, 并可以减少或者推迟调峰发电容量的建设。为此, 分析了可中断负荷合同的机理, 并针对实施可中断负荷管理过程中存在的问题, 对可中断负荷管理中的用户响应进行分析, 建立了用户响应的模型, 通过解相应的用户响应模型可以解决可中断负荷管理中的存在问题。 Interruptible load management (ILM)is used to induce the electricity consumers to handle rationally the problem of load interruption during spiking periods,and could help to reduce or suspend building extra peak-shaving generating units.The mechanism and the mathematic model of ILM are analyzed.Aiming at solving the problems in implementing ILM,the customers’ responses are analyzed and the relevant models are built up in this paper.
