摘要
目的 探讨中药雷公藤治疗实验性肉瘤的疗效。方法 建立荷 S180 小鼠模型,观察经雷公藤治疗对其肿瘤生长的影响。结果 雷公藤能显著抑制肿瘤的生长,其抑瘤率达45.89%。结论 雷公藤有明显的抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To observe the effect of the Chinese medicine Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. F(TWHF) on experimental sarcoma. Methods The model of S 180 sarcoma-bearing mice was produced and treated with TWHF.The rate of inhibiting sarcoma was observed. Results TWHF could obviously inhibit the sarcoma growth, and the rate of inhibiting tumor was 45.89%. Conclusions TWHF has obvious anti-sarcoma effect of S 180 sarcoma-bearing mice.
