摘要
文章结合浙江万里学院的实践,论述了把大学生素质拓展计划纳入学校人才培养计划的必要性和可行性。阐述了如何将大学生素质拓展“与学校深化教育教学改革相结合,与学校人才培养目标相结合,与学生工作、教学工作、科研工作相结合”,以推动学校人才培养体系和人才评价体系的创新,真正实现“全员拓展、全程拓展、全方位拓展”的目标。
This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of bring student quality education into school program based on the practices in Zhejiang Wanli University. It expounds how to combine the student quality education with “the teaching reforms and school development plan”. A new concept is raised: all are oriented for developing student quality.
