摘要
为了减少电子提花机的能耗,提高其稳定性,介绍了使用压电陶瓷片代替电磁铁作为电子提花机组件内核进行选针控制的工作原理,并详细论述了步进电机驱动方式和控制系统的组成和原理。测试数据表明该装置达到了预期效果,在节能、可靠性等方面是一种有发展潜力的提花装置。
To reduce the energy consumption and enhance stability of electronic jacquard machine, the principle of piezoceramics acting as core of jacquard sub-assembly instead of electromagnet for needle selection controlling is introduced. Meanwhile, structure and principle of driving way of stepping motor and controlling system is demonstrated in detail. The test data shows that the device has reached expectant result, and it is a potential jacquard machine in energy saving and dependability.
