摘要
悬索式管桥是长输管道跨越中常用的一种形式,其结构主要由主索、抗风索、塔基和锚固系统及梁式管桥等部分组成。主索和抗风索的形状和尺寸将随荷载的大小、位置和分布规律等的不同而改变。文章对在悬索式管桥体系中应用ANSYS程序有限元结构分析方法,分析管桥主要构件的受力情况并确定安装尺寸方面进行了探讨。在考虑悬索结构非线性特性的基础上,利用有限元软件ANSYS的结构分析模块,建立悬索式管桥悬索体系的计算模型,并进行索形找形和各种工作状态下的结构静力分析,为施工提供合理的安装尺寸。ANSYS程序有限元结构分析方法与手工计算方法相比,计算结果更全面、合理和准确。
Suspension pipe bridge is a kind of common structural form consisted mainly of main cable wind cable tower foundation anchor system and girder form pipe bridge. The shape and dimension of main cable and wind cable will change with the position and distribution of loads. This paper discusses the analysis on forces and determination of installation dimensions of main structural parts of the suspension pipe bridge by means of finite element analysis program ANSYS. In consideration of nonlinear characteristic of suspended-cable structure the calculation model of the suspension pipe bridge system is established by utilizing the structural analysis modules of ANSYS and the cable shape seeking and static analysis under different load cases are conducted. The program ANSYS gives more rational and correct installation dimensions for the engineering construction than manual calculation.
