摘要
工程设计是实施EPC项目的关键环节,是整个工程建设的前提和基础,因此设计管理在整个项目管理中居于重要地位。文章将国际工程的设计管理分为投标阶段和承包阶段两个部分进行论述。投标阶段的设计管理应从建立设计组织开始,其内容主要包括审查文件、确认数据、初步设计和设计评估。承包阶段的设计管理则应首先确定人员,然后从质量、进度、成本三个方面进行综合控制,并在有设计分包的情况下进行分包管理。
Engineering design is the key work for implementing international engineering EPC project. It is the precondition and foundation of engineering construction. So the design management plays an important role in overall project management. The design management is divided into two parts of bidding stage and contract stage in this paper. The former stage includes document examination data validating primary design and design assessment. The later stage includes personnel arrangement at first then synthetic control of quality progress and cost as well as subcontract management if needed.
