摘要
讨论了温室气体监测用氧化亚氮 (N2 O)标准气体的GC - μECD分析方法 ,对影响色谱分离条件的动力学因素载气流量、柱流量、尾吹气流量 ,以及检测器和分离柱的温度进行了研究。用该方法对氧化亚氮标准气体进行分析 ,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于 1% ,测定值与标准值基本一致。
The method of electron capture gas chromatography ( GC-μECD ) for the determination of N 2O in air and N 2 was discussed. The operating parameters which affecting separation effect of chromatography such as the flow rate of carrier gas, column flow rate and make-up flow rate, the temperatures of the detector and the column were researched. The relative standard deviation is less than 1% for the standard gases. The detection value is bassically consistent with standard value.
