远志总苷对快速老化模型(SAM-P/8)小鼠学习记忆能力的作用及其机理研究 被引量:26

摘要 目的探讨远志总苷对快速老化模型小鼠学习记忆能力的作用及其机制。方法以SAM-P/8小鼠为对象,给予远志总苷,连续灌胃30d,采用水迷宫方法逐日测定小鼠的学习记忆能力,用化学比色法测定脑组织总蛋白含量、总抗氧化能力和乙酰胆碱酯酶活性,用放免法测定血清中IL-2含量。结果远志总苷能明显提高SAM-P/8小鼠的学习记忆能力,缩短到达目的地的时间;显著提高脑组织总蛋白含量、总抗氧化能力、降低乙酰胆碱酯酶活性及血清中IL-2含量。结论远志总苷可提高SAM-P/8小鼠的学习记忆能力,其作用机理可能与降低脑组织氧化损伤有关。 Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of polygala tenuifolia glycoside on SAM(senescence-accelerated mouse). Methods SAM-P/8 mice were fed polygala tenuifolia for 30 days continuously. The ability of learning and memory of the mice were observed by water maze procedure day by day. Total protein,total antioxidative ability and acetylcholine of brain were detected by chemic kits and serum IL-2 was examined by radio-immuno assay. Results The learning and memory ability of SAM-P/8 mice could be markedly improved with polygala tenuifolia glycoside and time of reaching destination were shortened. The data also showed that total protein and total antioxidation ability were increased and acetylcholine as well as IL-2 were decreased. Conclusions The ability of learning and memory of SAM-P/8 mice can be increased with polygala tenuifolia glycoside,the effect may be related to the reduction of oxidative damage of the brain.
