高龄老人智力状态的增龄变化 被引量:5

摘要 目的在高龄人群(≥80岁)研究简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分群体性概况(包括痴呆)、整体性(除外痴呆)及生理性(除外痴呆及MCI)增龄变化,并考虑将高龄老人MMSE值生理性变化测定结果,作为判断高龄者各年龄组认知功能时的参考。方法1.统计:①1414例(男1203,女211例)二个群体(包括社区及保健对象)组(包括痴呆及MCI)(甲组:≥80岁者564例)。②除外痴呆后1332例(男1140,女192例)作为乙组;其中≥80岁者505例。③除外痴呆与MCI后890例(男754,女136例)(丙组:≥80岁263例。)生理性增龄变化组MMSE检测结果。均为初中及以上文化程度。2.MMSE检测主要根据中文版简易智能状态检查量表。结果1.甲组:≥60岁MMSE总分27.52±2.69分。2.乙组:≥60岁组MMSE28.01±1.55分。3.丙组:≥60岁MMSE值为28.93±0.79;60~64岁61例29.09±0.72;65~69岁105例29.16±0.71;70~74岁147例28.95±0.81;75~79岁263例28.97±0.80;80~84岁189例28.81±0.79;85-89岁组61例28.66±0.75;≥90岁13例28.62±0.77。各年龄组结果比较F=4.31,P<0.01。4.以上各组男女值无显著性差异。结论1.本组结果显示除外痴呆及MCI后,≥60岁MMSE值28.93±0.79,显著高于仅除外痴呆后之28.01±1.55。后者又显著高于包括痴呆及MCI组之27.52±2.69。 Objective To study the Physiological aging changes of cognitive function measured by MMSE in the oldest-old, and consider the obtained MMSE value of the old-old as the reference value of the oldest-old.Methods The MMSE were performed in age groups in 890(839≥60, 51< 60 years old、M754, F136) cohort healthy subjects, excluding dementia and MCI diagnosis from 1414 individuals (M 1203, F211 ) with 9 years education.Results ①The MMSE value in various age period (y) of the total group (M+F): ≥60: 28.93±0.79;60~64(61):29.09±0.72; 65~69(105):29.16±0.71, 70~74(147): 28.95±0.81,75~79(263):28.97±0.80, 80~84(189):28.81±0.79.85~89(61):28.66 ±0.75,≥90(13):28.62±0.77,60~≥90(839):28.93±0.79.F value=4.31, P< 0.01.Conclusions ①The MMSE value in physiological conditions were decreased slightly, but significantly with aging in 890 persons of 35~98 years old subjects(≥80 years old 263 objects) excluding MCI and dementia form the total sample (1414 persons ).②The MMSE value obtained in this study may be considered as the reference value of MMSE ,and MMSE≤27 should be considered abnormal in the oldest-old.
