摘要
在离体干旱胁迫下,以3个紫花苜蓿品种叶片为材料,测定了叶片相对含水量、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性4个生理指标,并说明它们与抗旱性的关系.结果表明:(1)抗旱能力由强到弱分别为Prime、陇东苜蓿和河西苜蓿;(2)离体72 h叶片的相对保水率可以简便地反应苜蓿品种间抗旱性强弱;(3)CAT和SOD活性在离体72 h时间内,均呈现一致的下降趋势,POD活性的变化规律与CAT和SOD不同,72 h品种间3种酶活性存在显著性差异(P<0.05),0~72 h酶活性的存有率可以反应苜蓿的抗旱性强弱,酶活性存有率高,抗旱性强,反之则弱.
Three alfalfa varieties were used to measure the physiological indices (WRC, CAT, POD, SOD) for finding the relation to drought tolerance under in vitro drought stress. The results indicated that: 1 the order of drought tolerance was prime > longdong > hexi; 2 the water content of in vitro leaf at 72 hours could easily show the capacity of drought tolerance; 3 the vigor of CAT and SOD consistently showed a dropping trend within 72 hours, the changing trend of POD vigor was different from that of CAT and SOD. there were significant differences ( P< 5%) of POD vigor at 72 hour among 3 varieties. the enzyme vigor at 72 hours could account for the difference of their capacity of drought tolerance.
