摘要
本文针对啤酒发酵过程具有时变、大惯性、时滞和非线性的特点,提出了啤酒发酵温度的自动控制模型。模型采用了基于操作经验、基于过程模糊模型和基于学习的自整定模糊PID控制算法,并带有模糊模型辨识和史密斯预估补偿算法。该控制算法在基于Profibus-DP的分布式计算机控制系统上实现并在辽宁抚顺天湖啤酒有限公司投入使用,取得非常理想的控制效果和经济效益。
An auto-control model is presented to the process of beer fermentation, which has the characteristics such as time-varying, inertia, time-delay and nonlinear. In the model, the control adopts self-tuning fuzzy PID control arithmetic which is based on operation experience, process fuzzy model and study, and appends with fuzzy model identification and Smith pre-estimated compensation arithmetic. The control model proposed in this paper is implemented on the control system which is combined with programmable logic controller and based on Profibus-DP distributed I/O station ET200M, and is applied in Tianhu beer Limited company in Fushun, Liaoning, and also obtains perfect control effect and economic benefits.
