摘要
对3种常见的AlSn6Cu、AlSn20Cu、AlSn30Cu铝锡铜合金的热膨胀性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着合金中Sn含量的增加,组织中β(Sn)相增加,膨胀系数减小;高熔点的Cu元素固溶于α(Al)相中,使α(Al)晶格常数下降,能有效抑制合金膨胀系数随温度的急剧变化。
The thermal expansion performance of AlSn6Cu,AlSn20Cu,AlSn30Cu alloy has been examined in this paper.Results show that with increasing of Sn content in alloy,the β(Sn)phase increases in the microstructure and the expansion coefficient decreases.When the Cu element with a high melting point is dissolved in the α(Al)phase,it makes the α(Al)lattice dropping. The alloy expansion coefficient can be effectively inhibited with rapid change of temperature.
