摘要
目的 观察中药胃炎冲剂对慢性萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠胃粘膜的影响。方法 大鼠以去氧胆酸钠等建立慢性萎缩性骨炎(CAG)模型后,随机分为正常组、胃炎冲剂大剂量组、胃炎冲剂小剂量组、叶酸组和模型组,观察胃粘膜炎症,检测血浆胃动素(MTL)浓度、胃粘膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)及生长抑素(SS)含量。结果 各胃炎冲剂组胃粘膜镜下观察其组织学改变程度较模型组明显减轻;胃炎冲剂可使慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃粘膜SOD、SS明显升高(P<0 05),使MDA、MTL显著降低(P<0 05)。结论 中药胃炎冲剂对慢性萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠粘膜有良好的保护作用,并能改善和逆转实验性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃粘膜萎缩程度。
Objective Observe the effects of Gastritis granule on chronic atrophic gastritis model rats.Methods Make rats CAG model with deoxysodium cholate;then randomly divide them into high-dosage and low-dosage groups of Gastritis granule;folic acid group and model group,then observe the gastric mucosa inflammation and determine the change of MTL,SOD,MDA and SS.Results The rats of the high-dosage and low-dosage group of Gastritis granule groups have less sever atrophy than those of model group.There is no marked meaning to the differentiation of gastric mucosa inflammation among the granule groups and the normal group(P>0.05).Compared with granule groups, the levels of SOD and SS in the gastric mucosa of model group has decreased significantly,and the level of MDA and MOT has increased significantly.Compared to model group,gastritis granule has maked a significant increase of SOD and SS in the CAG rats (P<0.05～0.01),and can make the levels of MDA and MOT decrease significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese drug gastritis granule has good curative effect to chronic atrophic gastritic model rats,and it can also improve and reverse the rats,s gastric atrophy of experimental atrophic gastritis.
