摘要
分析了针刺合成革基布的生产特点和原料所应具有的性能 ,着重介绍基布用涤纶短纤维生产关键工艺的设计 ,并通过对主要生产工艺的优化和调整 ,成功生产出高密针刺织物专用涤纶短纤维原料。
Production characteristics and raw material property of needle-punched synthetic leather substrate are analyzed in the paper. Key production process of polyester short fiber used in producing substrate is discussed. Polyester short fiber materials specially used in producing dense needle-punched fabric is produced successfully through optimizing and adjusting main production process.
