国产含羞草科一些属花粉形态的研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用光镜及电镜观察了中国含羞草科金合欢属、合欢属、棋子豆属、围诞树属、朱缨花属、心叶合欢属等6属37种(含变种)植物的花粉形态,对其花粉大小,外壁纹饰进行了比较分析。结果表明它们均为16合花粉(除薄叶围诞树Aberamautile为8合花粉外),在分类上无多大价值;而花粉大小及外壁纹饰却有一定的分类意义。表现为:金合欢属花粉较小,直径为25—30μm,很容易区别;其余属花粉直径均在50μm以上。在合欢属中,其外壁纹饰光滑或近光滑,稀为粗糙。而棋子豆属、朱缨花属、心叶合欢属的花粉外壁皆为瘤状。围诞树属则呈疣状或近疣状。此外,还对部分属间关系的分类学处理提出了一些看法。 genera, about 37 species and varieties within Mimosaceae from China were mainly examined with electron microscope. A comparison was made among these genera,putting an em-phasis on the size and the aperture and the ornamentation of the exine,the results are as follows:Their pollen grains unite in 16-celled(except Aberama utile, which is 8-celled).In Acacia,the size of pollen is about 25 30μm, which is the smallest in all genera. And the others are over 50μm. The apertures and the ornamentations of the exines in Albizia are smooth or subsmooth.It is quite different from Cylindrokelupha,Zygia and Calliandra, which are tuberculate. The genus Aberama is verrucate or subwart.Besides these, the taxomomic significance among them had been discussed.
