摘要
采用自行设计的小型模拟生产线,研究了双镀法、电镀锌法和电解助镀法3种预镀工艺对钢丝热镀Galfan合金镀层性能的影响。通过扫描电镜对采用3种预镀工艺得到的预镀层和最终镀层的表面形貌进行了分析与比较。结果表明,电解助镀预镀法得到的过渡层厚度薄、元素分布均匀,最终的Galfan合金镀层具有良好的耐腐蚀性和力学性能,而且该方法工艺简单、成本低,具有广阔的发展前景。
The influences of three kinds of pre-plating processes of double-plating, electrogalvanizing and electrolysis-aided electroplating on the surface quality of the hot-dip Galfan alloy deposits were studied. The surface morphology of the preplating deposits and final deposits obtained respectively by those preplating processes mentioned above was analyzed and compared by SEM. The results show that the transition coating gained by electrolysis-aided electroplating has thin thickness and even element distribution, and the Galfan alloy deposits have good corrosion resistance and mechanical property. This kind of preplating is easy to operate and has low costs with good prospect.
