摘要
从理论上分析了稀土对钢液还原脱磷的可能性,并在5kg真空感应电炉内用La-Ce-Pr-Nd混合稀土金属对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢进行了还原脱磷试验。研究表明,在较高的真空度6.6×10-3Pa及精炼温度1500℃~1550℃下,稀土具有较强的脱氧、脱硫及脱磷能力。加入0.32%的稀土,脱磷率可达到44%,钢液的含磷量可降至0.010%左右。
Possibility of reducing dephosphorization of the steel with rare earth has been analyzed theoretically. In addition, reducing dephosphorization test of stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti with mischmetal was carried out in 5kg vacuume induction furnace. The test results showed that the rare earth had greater power to deoxidize, desulphurize and dephosphorize under the higher vacuum 6.6×10^(-3) Pa and refining temperature 1500~1550℃.When 0.32% rare earth was added into steel the dephosphorization ratio reached 44% and the phosphorus content in steel was decreased to 0.010% or so.
